I am an intuitive energy healer, experienced in holding sacred space for deep, transformational healing to occur. I am passionate about guiding others through a gentle and powerful shift, to clear what is stuck and bring awareness to what is possible.

I became a Reiki practitioner in 2012 after attending a local Reiki Circle and feeling a profound sense of peace for the first time in ages. That night I slept deeply and woke feeling refreshed and lighter. I knew I had to learn more about Reiki and became a practitioner soon after that.
The transformation was palpable, I could feel the shift. My body was grounded and steady. My mind was clear, and I was able to move through challenges with more ease. This practice became a way of life for me and I felt as though I'd awakened from a deep sleep, seeing my world with clarity and so much gratitude.
I've trained with exceptional mentors, expanding my practice to incorporate other transformative healing modalities, including vibrational sound.
I've always felt a deep sense of purpose in helping people, and as my life evolved, my heart and soul guided me in ways to support others on their own journeys.
This has been an honor and a privilege and I am thrilled to continue this path of learning, growing and sharing with you. This journey has been a true blessing in more ways than I can ever express in words.
