Begin your journey by opening the door to energy awareness and self-healing.
This first level is a gentle yet powerful initiation into Reiki, where you begin to reconnect with your natural ability to feel and work with energy. Rather than learning something outside of yourself, you are remembering what has always been within you.
This level is about opening, awakening your awareness, reconnecting with your energy, and learning to receive. It is a gentle beginning where you build a strong, grounded foundation and begin to trust what you feel.

• Understanding what Reiki is and how it supports healing
• The history and origins of Reiki
• Introduction to the human energy system
• Reiki Level I Attunement
• Developing sensitivity to energy
• Grounding, centering, and energetic protection
• Hand positions for self-treatment and working with others

Usui Reiki Level ll
Usui Reiki Level ll
EXPANSION
Step more fully into your path and deepen your connection to Reiki energy.
While Level I is about opening and receiving, Level II is about expansion and stepping more fully into your role as a practitioner.
Here, your connection deepens, your confidence strengthens, and you begin to work with energy in a more focused, intentional, and empowered way.
In this level, you will be introduced to sacred Usui Reiki symbols that help to focus, amplify, and direct energy more intentionally. You will also learn how to send Reiki across time and space, opening the doorway to distance healing and expanding how you can share this work with others.
This is often the level where everything begins to come together, where confidence builds, your connection strengthens, and your path becomes clearer.
Prerequisite: Reiki Level II
Training includes:
• Reiki Level II Attunement
• Learning the three Usui Reiki symbols and how to work with them
• Sending and practicing long-distance healing
• Conducting a complete Reiki session incorporating symbols
• Hands-on practice and integration
• Guidance on beginning a Reiki practice

Usui Reiki Master - Level lll
Usui Reiki Master Teacher - Level lV
EMBODIMENT
Deepen your connection. Embody the energy. Step into mastery.
This level allowing it to move through you with greater clarity, trust, and presence.
This training deepens your spiritual growth while helping you refine and expand your unique gifts. You will learn advanced techniques to work more deeply within the energetic field, supporting both profound healing and deeper self-exploration.
Level III is about embodiment, anchoring the energy, and allowing Reiki to move through you as a natural expression of who you are.
Prerequisite: Reiki Level II
Training includes:
• The Usui Master symbol
• Master Attunement
• Creating a Reiki Grid using crystals for continuous healing
• Aura clearing techniques to release stuck or imbalanced energy
• Reiki meditations to deepen your connection
• Hands-on practice

MASTER TEACHER
This is a Two Day Training
Step fully into the role of Master & Teacher, where Reiki becomes something you not only embody, but are able to share and guide others through with confidence and intention.
At this level, you deepen your connection to the Usui Reiki system while learning the sacred responsibility of attunement. This training expands your understanding of Reiki on a teaching level, supporting you in confidently guiding others through their own journey.

This level represents a full circle in your Reiki journey, where embodiment expands into teaching, and your practice deepens into the ability to guide, hold space, and share Reiki with others in a grounded and conscious way.

Reiki Mentorship
MENTORING
Mentoring sessions are flexible and tailored to your individual needs. Sessions may include a review of any Reiki level you have previously taken, hands-on practice for all levels, or support in a specific area you would like to strengthen.
Investment:
$90 for the first hour
$50 for each additional hour
Additional cost for manual, if needed

Reiki Kids Certification
REIKI FOR KIDS
In this workshop, children are gently introduced to the experience of sensing energy and learning simple, age-appropriate ways of working with Reiki. The class is designed to be engaging, fun, and accessible, while supporting children in exploring their energetic awareness in a nurturing and safe environment.
Children naturally connect with Reiki energy. They are often close to the flow of energy, making it easy for them to learn and respond to it in an intuitive way. In this class, I honor each child’s unique perspective and present Reiki in a way that is easy for them to understand and experience.
Children who learn Reiki often develop greater emotional awareness, increased confidence, and a stronger sense of inner balance. It can support them in moving through everyday experiences with more ease, calm, and self-trust.
