I believe we all hold the medicine within us to heal, transform and live the life we love.
And sometimes, we need support along the way, a gentle guidance to help us navigate life's challenges and reconnect with our innate wisdom.

I am an intuitive energy healer, experienced in holding sacred space for deep, transformational healing to unfold. My work is both gentle and powerful, guiding you to release what feels stuck, restore balance and bring awareness to what is possible.
I became a Reiki practitioner in 2012 after attending a local Reiki Circle and feeling a profound sense of peace for the first time in ages. That night I slept deeply and woke feeling refreshed and lighter. I knew I had to learn more about Reiki and became a practitioner soon after that.
The transformation was undeniable, I could feel the shift. My body was grounded and steady. My mind was clear, and I was able to move through challenges with more ease.
This work became more than a practice, it became a way of life, seeing my world with clarity, presence and deep gratitude.
Over the years, I've trained with exceptional mentors, expanding my practice to incorporate other healing modalities, including vibrational sound.
I've always felt a deep sense of purpose in helping people, and as my life evolved, my heart and soul guided me in ways to support others on their own journeys.
It is an honor and a privilege to do this work and I am continually grateful to learn, grow and share this path with you. This journey has been a true blessing in more ways than I can ever express in words.

Giving back is an important part of m life. I have volunteered with organizations such as Strength For Life, KiDS NEED MoRE and local fund raisers within the community.
