In this class you will learn how Sound can deeply heal on emotional, physical and mental levels by balancing and harmonizing our energy centers.
It brings the player and listener into a deep meditative state while calming the nervous system, releasing stress, anxiety and overwhelm. It creates a shift and movement, releasing what needs to release, and "retunes" the energy system.
Crystal Bowls can be amazingly soothing and beautiful on their own or used in sound baths, yoga and meditation. I have seen amazing healing results through these sessions.
Sound and vibration have been used for healing since the beginning of time with drumming, chanting and singing and now (with the use of Crystal bowls) are being rediscovered for the healing power they hold.
In this 2 hour class you will learn:
How vibrational sound can heal and their many benefits
The notes of each bowl and how they associate with your chakras
Different options in sizes
Wands/Mallots
How to play the bowls and plenty of hands on practice
Care and maintenance
The importance of working with intention
Combining and using Crystal Bowls to enhance other forms of energy healing.
